Drive Secure Innovation in a DevSecOps Role with Impact

Join us as a DevSecOps Engineer and help embed security into every stage of modern software delivery. This is a chance to go beyond tech — influence architecture, shape culture, and drive secure practices across teams.

What You’ll Do

Build and manage secure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure
Automate security into development workflows using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform Work closely with engineers and security teams to embed best practices
Guide teams in DevSecOps principles and continuous improvement
Evaluate new technologies and enhance DevSecOps maturity

What You’ll Bring

Experience with containerisation, infrastructure as code, and security automation
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
Knowledge of security tools (e.g., SonarQube, Grype) and monitoring platforms (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus)
Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., ASD Essential 8, ISM)
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
